Advansta’s MCF and MCF-IR kits allow simultaneous detection of two proteins for improved efficiency and increased accuracy. Researchers save time and money compared to chemiluminescence detection by running one blot instead of two\, and by avoiding the need to strip and reprobe chemiluminescent blots. Because two proteins are imaged on the same blot\, more accurate comparisons of protein levels are possible than when comparing two independent experiments or stripped and reprobed blots.\n\nAll kits include blocking and washing buffers\, labeled secondary antibodies\, and pre-cut low-autofluorescence membranes for 10 experiments\, as well as quenching sheets for optimal imaging.
